Movie was really good. Maniratnam's direction was top notch and all the actors gave their best. The story for me was unpredictable with a great twist in the climax. Arr's score and Ss's cinematography improves the film manifold. There was lag in the second half and some of the characters could have been cut off but all that can be forgiven for the climax. One of those rare films which makes me want to rewatch it in the theater for the second time.

What the hell have they done to my favorite mech film...? This is what happens when they give over a multimillion dollar film to a first time director. Expected so much but was let down big time. Overall a disastrous experience.

Movie was good. Maybe the best video game movie ever. Clearly exceeded my expectations. Felt similar in tone to the last two video games which is a good thing with awesome stunt sets and excellent cgi.
