I booked q ticket for Greyhound qnd missed the bus due to it running late & was told I cantvget q refund. The agent told me "greyhound keeps the money since I missed the bus" The policy states greyhound isn't suppose to refund the ticket. Wow. So I didn't occupy a seat.didnt board the bus & greyhound keeps it as if I did. This is by far not q good thing. I've been using Greyhound for years,since the new ownership,it's ridiculous.
