Unexplained motivations and hence lack of character development makes this movie unbearable. This is coming from a hardcore DC fan who even enjoyed suicide squad. A lot of scenes in the movie are completely unexplained and by the end of it, you start to ponder why were they even there! Cheetah character arc supposedly took a lot of screen time but by the end of the movie you forget if the actor even had any significant lines that would explain their intentions. Pedro Pascal showed potential but Maxwell Overlord was poorly written. The plot around appearance of Steve Trevor is so poorly written that it seems it was just added to keep the actor in the cast. Oh I hate it that such wonderful cast and crew was made to work on this script!
