What a stupid movie. It took me three days to finish it because every time I resumed it, I would want to gouge my eyes out. I would put this movie in my "top 5 movies to never watch" list. Yes, it was visually painful to watch not to mention Pete Davidson's acting. Why do you guys even romanticise psychotic behaviour? Super creepy. I'm at a loss of words. I don't know how some of you even tolerate stuff like this. Petition to have a 0 stars rating!

A drama about 5 friends who are doctors along with a musical element. Hats off to the hospital staff, surgeons, nurses, side actors, patients etc. One needs to pay attention to every detail because they come handy later on. Most of the episodes have this comparison sort of thingy wherein one doctor's/actor's actions are compared to another ones'. SONG-HWA - gorgeous and the mother of the group. Jeon Mido irl has such a lovely voiceee Chi-hong: loved his smile and shipped Song-hwa and him initially. But his actions in the later episodes seemed a little off to me... SEOK-HYEONG- Dull personality but sweet as a person. Thanks to him we got the band! Min-ha: I LOVE HER! (my fav character after Ikjoon) JEONG-WON- uri Andrea lol- super generous, super kind, super cuteee Rosa & Jong-su are best-friend goals! Their relationship is super adorable! I wasn't really a fan of Gyeol. Her 'love' felt more like infatuation initially since anyone would fall in love with Andrea for his kind heart. JUN-WAN - always grumpy but is a sweetie. I loved how he never took credit or boasted after doing something good for the people around him. Jae-hak: haha I loved this guy! He was super funny and his relationship with JW was just awe <3 IK-JOON- the love of my life and simply daebak! What can this man not do, huh? He's smart, friendly, funny, sings, dances, cooks and is a wonderful father to uri Uju hehe I loved how he could connect with literally anyone. His expressions were super adorable and funny. All his scenes with Uju were heavy on cute! I also adored the friendship between JW & he! Personally, I didn't really ship Song-hwa & Ikjoon :/ I mean they've been friends for so long and I really can't see them involved romantically. No way! But I feel bad for Ikjoon too. He's literally the perfect man & has everything but a life partner :( Mido-falasol : the band was the highlight of the drama for me! Kudos to all the leads 👏 Hats off to the entire team for making this drama not just about hospitals but also about friendship & life! MY RESPECT FOR ALL THE REAL LIFE DOCTORS, NURSES & HOSPITAL STAFF HAS INCREASED A LOT🙇‍♀️❤ saranghae EDIT: 2 years later, I decided to rewatch this masterpiece and it hit differently and even better this time! THERE WAS A CHANGE IN OPINION- I don't know what was I thinking when I said I didn't ship Ikjoon and Songhwa. Forgive me everyone! Anyway, these were the best 40 hours of my life recently! I laughed so much, I cried so much, I felt so much. I can't express in words how much this kdrama means to me and how much of an impact it has had on me. Please bring back S3!

This film made me want to kill myself. It was like slow death. So boring. I started watching it a month ago and had to force myself to complete the movie. The casting is horrendous. I'm sorry but Andrew Garfield wasn't at all suitable for this role.

I finally decided to watch IC. Was it worth my time? Kinda, yesss! I liked the storyline. It was different. Very inspiring. Before I proceed, a huge shout-out to YOO JAE-MYEONG who plays the role of Jang Dae-hee, the antagonist. He portrayed his role perfectly! I could literally feel hatred towards him in every cell of my body lol. Hats off to his acting!! 👏 I've seen many KDs casting PSJ but I loved his role the most in this one! He was one of a kind. I didn't really like Soo-ah from the very beginning. She seemed too materialistic and Sae-royi's love for her seemed more like puppy love (all of a sudden he wanted to become friends & developed a crush on her 🙄 I know he gave the reason later but meh, it sounded pretty dumb to me) For a change, the 2nd LEAD (Yi-seo) gets the male lead hahaha. Otherwise, it's always the childhood friend who wins. I still don't know when Yi-seo replaced her and went from 2nd lead to 1st lead! Some people are still mad🤣🤣 But, given Soo-ah's BG, it was quite natural.. It's easy to walk on a path when you have the opportunity to, but for a person who's never had anyone by their side all their life, she was super courageous! Jo Yi-seo was a badass. IMO, she had the most character development and I'm really glad! She looked super adorable like a kitten (that's a compliment) Loved her confidence! I liked how all the characters; even the side characters for that matter, played such crucial parts. Without Toni, they would never have grown close to his loaded grandmother. Without Hyun-hi, they would never have secured the investment. Without Seung-gwon, Yi-seo wouldn't have been alive. Soo-ah's contribution was quite notable- it was because of her evidence that Jangga totally collapsed. Without Yi-seo, Geun-won wouldn't have gone to prison. There were many new couples at the end but I found Seung-gwon & Hyun-hi's pairing the cutest followed by Ms. Kang and Officer Oh. I also loved all the scenes between Sae-royi and his father. Super sweet. Critical points: The storyline was kinda slow. Too much unwanted drama. Also, it would've been nice if everyone hadn't ended up all happy and in a relationship😬 I mean, let's face reality guys! How often does that happen?! I guess the writers wanted everyone to have a happy ending but c'mon guys, we know that's too unrealistic!! Park Bo-gum's cameo made me laugh lol. The writers kinda saw it coming that the audience would go mad if Soo-ah ended up all alone, so they decided to soften the blow by introducing PBG Also, what surprised me the most was Jang Geun-soo's 2 faced-personality. He was so unpredictable. I kinda felt bad for Jang Geun-won. It was his upbringing that ruined his life and not anything else. All he wanted was to make his father proud of him. He didn't go against his father even when he chose Jangga over his own son! Parental pressure is a real thing, guys. There were so many scenes wherein we got to see a ray of humanity in Geun-won - when he decided to spare his brother's life from that thug; he didn't really want to twist that chicken's neck but somehow that one event traumatised him for the rest of his life... Overall: If you're feeling low in life and need motivation, you could watch this KD in your free time (Don't watch kdramas all day. You're never gonna achieve your goal by just doing that SMH) Ost: 10/10... loved it! Casting: 10/10... perf! Plot: 8.5/10 Concept: 9.5/10... unique! I really hope all of us will someday find that Soju sweet ❤ until then, FIGHTING!! 💪

I was super curious about the title of this KD - I mean, it's so innovative and unique! I'm glad someone made a drama on music. I binge watched the first 10 episodes- I found it that interesting! I liked the basic idea but after episode 10, the quality of the drama dropped drastically. I'll be honest- Park Eun-bin didn't suit her character at all! It felt as if she was trying too hard to be Chae Song-ah. It just didn't fit right. On the other hand, I think Kim Min-jae did great! I expected his character to be super bland and boring but I was glad to see other expressions as well. The last six episodes were super boring. I was this close to dropping the drama. Reason- Song-ah. Initially, I had no problem with her but later on, it all kept hitting me. She had no character development. She was a pushover and too immature. I hate how she kept pestering Joon-young about Lee Jeong-kyunk. It was so obvious that he wasn't doing it on purpose but she'd unnecessarily doubt and ruin everything. Her career was falling apart and I feel she was taking out that frustration on Joon-young. She had issues of her own and I would've loved if she had to deal with those first and maybe then get into a relationship rather than just battling with everything at the same time. I had a problem with both the female leads. Song-ah never took a stand for herself. She appeared quite pathetic ngl. Jeong-kyunk was no less. She was emotionally unstable and did many horrible things one of which was breaking up with the only man who'd ever put up with her. Secondly, I found it quite funny that literally all the 4 characters found out secrets about each other by eavesdropping! Writers-nim, get a little creative, will y'all? It was as if the entire universe consisted of only these 4 people. Song-ah was the only one who'd always "coincidently" pop up b/w Jeong-kyunk and Joon-young's conversations and eavesdrop or probably see them together and then start assuming things. Ok. I'd like to make something clear- I get that no one is perfect and I shouldn't expect every character to be a diamond in the rough. But I hate how the writers are promoting such relationships. A relationship where the female lead expects the male lead to forget about his 15 year old friend in a day or two? ...and doubts every motive of his? I get that Jeong-kyung was very stubborn and Song-ah had the right to be concerned but I expected more from Song-ah. I expected her to behave more maturely and not be so insecure. Most importantly, to trust Joon-young and let him end things with Jeong-kyunk gradually and on his own (without her pressure) and not in an abrupt manner. Positive points- 1. Great soundtrack 2. Good concept- they both helped each other find the right path.... (not well executed though) 3. MOST IMPORTANT LESSON that I learnt was that there are different types of people- Some have talent and love & appreciate their talent, some have talent but don't love it and their talent rather makes them unhappy, some love the skill but don't have enough talent to pursue it. (P.S.- I too play the Violin; a Grade 3 violinist so still a baby but I neither have the talent nor do I like playing it. My mom forced me to learn it coz it's her favourite instrument) If you're into cute, highly unrealistic romance KDs, then this is a drama for you! Cast- 8/10 Ost- 10/10 Story- 7/10

Ngl this drama got on my nerves. The first 2 episodes seemed okish but after that it was just horrible. Throughout the drama Jae-on had just one expression- 😧 I totally get the basic idea of this KD- it isn't easy to not fall for a toxic person (for all of us) We all can say things but it ain't that easy to put those words into action. If it were that easy, we wouldn't have so many toxic couples in long term relationships and things like the Stockholm Syndrome and so on. In today's world, FWB is more common than people in actual relationships and a real relationship is more like the one they portrayed in this drama than the other too unrealistic, clichéd romantic KDramas. What pissed me the most is how they kept dragging it on and on and how every episode was literally the same as the previous one- Nabi and Jae-on see each other, feel something, one of them makes a move, the other backs out, don't talk to each other and ignore each other, get back together at the end of the episode only to break up again over some misunderstanding. They could've at least provided some information about Jae-on's past. Also, I still don't get the storyline of Seola. Who was she actually and what just happened between them? That wasn't it though. To spice things up, they decided to involve Potato Boy in all this nonsense. Be it Potato Boy or Butterfly boy, Nabi should rather have chosen herself and taken some time off from dating. Jae-on was too toxic for her and Dohyeok was sweet but was somewhat obsessing about her. As for the side roles, there was too much of unwanted drama from ep 1 to ep 8 and suddenly in ep 9, there were all rainbows, and unicorns, and fairies SMH Sol and Jiwan got together in ep 9 and so did Bitna and hot guy. Too unrealistic. It's a NO for me. Sorry :/

I loved the overall idea of the script- a mother returning to life from death for her daughter. But I don't like the way it was executed. The plot could've been so much better- it was super slow & repetitive (some scenes were even repeated thrice) IMO, the plotline was weak. In the beginning, Gang-hwa was hardly in any of the scenes. In fact, I felt Yu-ri's best friend Hyun-jung probably had more scenes than GH. Min-jung was nowhere in the beginning or even the end but only in the middle episodes. Screen time was poorly distributed. I didn't like the storylines of the other ghosts. It looked as if the writer was initially enthusiastic and genuinely wanted us to know about them gradually but probably gave up after a while and let them be the way there were. Eg: Initially, the writer created some suspense about the baseball player Gang-bin by hinting that he hadn't committed suicide. And later, when the time came, the revelation was so dry. It hardly made up for all that suspense & drama they had in the earlier episodes. I was curious about Mi-dong's family as well but I guess I'll never know I loved Yu-ri's personality. Kim Tae-hee is sooooo freaking pretty!😍 Loved her acting & expressions as well! She nailed her role 👏 I'm a big fan of Lee Gyu Hyung's acting. I loved him in Prison Playbook. But...in this KD, he had 0 character development. He loved Yu-ri (we all know that) but Min-jung? TBH, I didn't even know he loved MJ until Yu-ri said it aloud while stopping Hyun-Jung from revealing her truth. There was absolutely no chemistry between MJ and GH. Their marriage sucked. There were more like two tenants helping raise a child than spouses. Periodt. And I really didn’t understand GH's state of mind (the man himself didn't know it and you'd expect the audience to know? SMH) But I liked MJ. I don't understand why people are hating on her. I've seen so many girls cry floods of tears when the 2nd lead doesn't end up with the female lead. In this KD, it's the 2nd female lead that ends up with the male lead. I agree that she looked cold but that's just her personality guys! What would you do if you were raising someone else's child without any experience, your marriage was as dry as the Sahara Desert and you had a dumb, idiotic husband like GH? MJ sacrificed so much. She wasn't mean, she wasn't cruel. Doesn't she deserve happiness? Yes, I also agree that Yu-ri's accident was even terrible! But if you analyse everything, you'll see that she was actually right- Seo-woo loved MJ more than anything in the world & it'd be really cruel to separate her from MJ. Things could've been way different if Yu-ri had returned a few years earlier when MJ & Seo-woo weren't that attached. I also found it weird how everyone believed Yu-ri's return so easily. Her parents not once asked her how did it all happen. But that's okay I guess since it's fictional, so I'll let that pass ;) Also, I loved those little quotes they narrated at the end of every episode. It really made me rethink my life and live every day as if it were my first, last & only day. Life isn't as smooth as BTS' Butter and you are always gonna have regrets unless you're a deity. But the goal is to limit those regrets as much as you can and live every moment of your precious life to the fullest! In short: Great concept, poor execution, no character development, soothing OST, great lessons, no closure, stupid writers. Anyway, I'd actually love if someday my loved ones returned to life like that even if it was just for a day❤

Trash. Part 1 was probably the only tolerable part of this series. Season 2 was a big letdown. Season 3 is just trash. Weak plotline. Elle did just one thing- CRY. 113 minutes out of which 100 minutes is just Elle crying and trying to balance between Lee and Noah. Big fat disappointment.

This KD is so refreshing & isn't your average KD. Je-hyuk is a dumb man whose only asset is his baseball skills but he's a really honest guy & always supports the truth! The plot is about his life in prison and how his best friend, Corrections Officer Joon-ho helps him get through those difficult moments. Frankly speaking, it weren't the leads that made this KD stand out but the support-role actors! The cell mates and the officers, to be precise, were the actual stars of this KD. Jailbird was KJH's first friend in prison and one of the best ones I'd say. Looney- he's my FAVOURITE!!! He totally nailed his role- loved his expressions! Loved his honesty, smartness and his comic timing. He really contributed a lot to the plot but the writers did him dirty. I was so disappointed with the way things ended for him. I wasn't a fan of his lover- it felt as if the lover wanted to break up with him every time he visited. Min Chul - great guy, selfless & a father figure to the other cell mates. I'm glad he found happiness at the end of his serve in the form of his family :) I was super happy when I saw a reformed Jean Valjean too...yayy Captain Yoo- loved how he gradually opened up to the cell mates & ngl Captain Yoo + Looney are my favourite DUO hahaha. I sometimes felt Looney was attracted to him and thus irritated him. But I'm glad Captain got justice + a better relationship with his brother. Kudos to the soldier who decided to help them with their case! Kaist-  my 2nd favourite character after Looney! He's such a mood! Loved his outlook on life. I'd like to take a moment to appreciate Park Ho-san- he's such a great actor and I've always loved his acting and he in general 😂❤ really one of the BEST ACTORS in the KD industry. Periodt. But again, he just gets cut off. It looks like the writers purposely did all of this to our favourite characters so that we'd remember this KD for a longer time. Marketing strategy, eh?  First Dr. Go, then Kaist, then Looney. Cheh. Dr. Go- an intellectual! This guy may come off as an irritating man but he's actually super sweet, smart and helpful. Loved all the support he provided KJH with at the time of his injury and thanks to him, the cell mates got the treatment they actually deserved. Alas! He too was cut off! Lieutenant Paeng- give this man a crown rn! He deserves so much more. Such a great guy! There was so much love and concern even in his cursing lol. He did a fine job and I loved everything about him. I also loved when the Warden went against Captain Na and decided to let L. Paeng be the way he was! I loved the L. Paeng & Joon-ho DUO too hahaha For me, it was the BOND between these actors that won my heart! Loved the comic timing, the cast, ost and the concept. What I didn't like was the way so many characters who contributed so much to the plot were just cut off as if they meant nothing. How did Jean Valjean and Min Chul meet? What did Dr. Go do next? Did Looney and his mom ever reconcile? How did Kaist do in the new facility and did he ever meet his family again after the short hospital visit? But I guess I'll never know 🙂 TBH I hated the romance factor between Je-hyuk and Ji-ho. I just couldn't feel the chemistry and that plotline was totally unnecessary. I agree that Ji-ho was of great help to KJH but ehm introducing her as a romantic interest wasn't possibly a great idea... It's a MUST-WATCH KDRAMA but if you're a person who can't sleep at night coz your questions aren't answered then I'd still advise you to watch this kdrama lol but just know what you're getting into ;) I haven't attained closure yet but I do hope you will! :)))
