Unoriginal ideas, unentertaining and incoherent storyline. Very cliche movie about Tom cruise “saving the day”. At times it felt very slow and that they should of just re-released the original top gun exactly as it was and told us this was the new movie. Not just reuse very core ideas and moments from it. I had a hard time caring about any of the charterers or storyline and just felt disappointed and unimpressed that they could of done so much more to make it a real hit. They didn’t have any elements to really bring it into a modern day storyline or give the actors anything of substance to work with. I could not recommend this movie, unless your just in it to see the fighter jets but even then I don’t think it’s worth the movie ticket, wait till it gets placed on one of the many streaming services .

A must see! It ticks all the boxes for a meaningful yet entertaining movie. Words would not begin to describe how good this movie is. After all this review doesn't really matter. :) What matters is what you feel and take away from it.
