First of all, I adore Rowan. He is the sweetest of Lancaster's boys I met so far. When I first met him, I was curious how Murphy would create his love story because he seems to be a normal boy (compared to his cousins that is, LOL.) And when Arabella appeared, I got more curious because Arabella seemed to be different from main female characters Murphy presented (I'm so glad that she gave us, readers, a reason in her acknowledgements though.) But even if both Rowan and Arabella are a little bit different from main characters in Murphy's previous books, the story is still quite the same for me. Rowan and Arabella are more like enemies to lovers than friends to lovers. I enjoyed reading their banters (or their flirts) and thought they're adorable together. I also felt sorry for Rowan's best friend though because when I read he said "I’ve never seen two people in such denial before in my life." to Rowan and Arabella, I snickered and totally agreed with him. So yes, I found Rowan and Arabella's story very entertaining. Of course, it's also angsty as well because of Arabella is a broken soul. What I love most of Lancaster Prep series is Murphy wrote it with realist characters. They are high schoolers after all so they don't know what love is or how their future will be. But once they got their conclusions of their feelings, they didn't hold

Okay... I think the first paragraph of a blurb of this book is the best sum up for it all. But if I have to say I think the free-spirited proposal planner also has a good heart and a little broken but she is strong and smart. I may don't like sunshine heroines but Destiny successfully wins my heart. As for Fletch, he is grumpy and doesn't believe in love alright but gives it to his history, I quite understand him. Destiny and Fletch are definitely an opposites attraction but they complete with each other. Destiny makes Fletch believe in love again and Fletch gives Destiny a new found family. The story is very heartwrenching with Destiny's family history even if she is strong and smart, I still feel something for her. But Destiny and Fletch's relationship also gives me sweet and swoon-worthy moments as well. Anyway, I thought the plot is a little bit easily predictable so I felt boring at some point ( I even considered giving the book 3 stars.) But my feeling was improved after reading through 75% of the book though so that's why I decide to give the book 4 stars.

If you read its blurb, don't let it fool you that it is an angsty one because while Abigail and Nick have a lot issues on their plates so yes, it's truely an angst but Lex Martin also make it light and enjoyable to read with all of their friends and teammates's interventions. I adore all of them (and some I hope Martin will have plans for.) And I'm glad that Abigail finally gets her own happiness after everything she has been through. Nick and she are an opposites attraction but Nick is good for her and she is good for Nick and his child as well. They both complete each other actually. Gosh, when I first started reading "The Varsity Dad Dilemma" the first book of Martin's Varsity Dads series I didn't know it would come this far. Don't get me wrong, I fu**ing LOVE the series but this book has surprisingly come a long way from the beginning because Ryder has been graduated and become a professional athlete in this book... now you know what I mean. And it isn't just the series that I love but I enjoy reading every one of the books in the series too. While I was reading this book and Maverick and Baylee's relationship piqued my interest, I thought they will be in the next book of the series for sure. Turn out, Martin had another plan for them... and for Paige as well. So yeah, this book is a good bye for the series and I'm sad because I know that I will miss everyone. But I also can't wait for Paige's book which is the first one of Martin's new series and I hope Maverick and Baylee will be next!

I have to say I didn't expect this book to be a normal roommates to lovers romance between a hot player college football athlete and a nerdy girl who just transferred to the college. Don't get me wrong but after you read all of Monica Murphy's The Callanhans, College's Years, The Players, and especially Lancaster Prep and love them, you aren't going to expect thing less. But Everleigh and Nico's story is so normal and real and those catch me off guard! Nico doesn't want to settle down and Everleigh is aware of that so she fights their attractions hard. Their struggle feelings feel real because they are young and have everything to prove to the world. I love both of them. Murphy also made me cry a little bit for Sienna. Speaking of Sienna, if I think Nico and Everleigh make the book adorable, Nico's and Everleigh's friends make it entertaining! I love Sienna. She is fiesty and a good girl friend for Everleigh. But unconditional love is my weak spot and my heart aches for her. I love Cooper too. He is mature and it doesn't seem he minds that his sister having a feeling for his teammate. With everything combined, I love and enjoy reading this book so much. I can't put it down and finish reading in way too fast for my liking (- -') And now I have to sit way too long waiting for Sienna's story!
