Sylvia Tucker (Lady Lovie Divine)

This film had SO much potential; but sadly the producers got it all wrong. Taking in consideration that it is an 18th century prodigious creation that went after the high ratings in the cheapest sleaziest way, it was a complete OVERKILL of pornographic smear, when most men and women in that time blushed at a mere wink of the eye! It was NOT the amount of sexuality that ruined this would be wonderful movie… but the characterization of the sexuality was more millennial and so called laced throughout with what’s known as being politically correct …than the true to nature way they really were back then. It would have proven to be a greater feat to leave a whole lot more to the imagination. (Oral sex on the staircase) 🙄 …give me a break! But if it’s ratings at any cost you are after. Hooray. I think I’ll go spit now.
