So just watched a program where an end terrace house was bought at auction for £164.000 after they did the house up, put on the market for £235.000, it was not sold by the estate agents. But apparently put back on auction and sold for £160,000….hmmmm something dodgy there i think….. you don’t sell a house at auction for less than you bought it for simple.
