I went to the cinema with my friend to watch Mary Poppins returns. I was very disappointed as it was not what I expected. I expected a funny musical with unforgettable songs and lovely dance routines, all I got was some boring songs and ‘ok’ dance routines. After watching the original, the songs were stuck in my head for weeks and I went around humming the tunes. After watching Mary Poppins returns, I had forgotten every single number and I couldn’t think of any one good moment in the film.
