I get that making a movie is a labor of love and very difficult - especially a horror movie with genuine thrills and scares that doesn’t solely rely on jump scares. But, this movie had genuine potential and could’ve been decent. Instead, it’s a series of jump scares and no real substance. Decent acting for the most part but I would skip it for the original.
