Strangers Beware My cousins and I decided to watch turning red expecting a cute movie about a girl that transforms into a panda , but what we saw shocked all of us , from the girl lying and sneaking out , to the girl twerking and slapping her butt . The first half hour in the movie we see the main characters talking freely about periods , womanhood , boys etc Halfway through the movie the girl starts disrespecting her mom and l sneaking out . So to make a long story short . Overall the animation and visuals are aesthetically pleasing . But I do not recommend it for kids under 13

Stop The Blackwashing Netflix!!!!! For you people who genuinely don't understand why Egyptians are outraged by the new Queen Cleopatra miniseries. I will explain. First of all it's Disgusting that Jada would just randomly blackwash an obviously Macedonian historical figure , it's so aggravating how Jada is just culturally appropriating another country's heritage with only someone's grandma for proof when she can literally talk about anyone else without appropriating another country's culture . African culture is so interesting and overlooked that she could have easily talked about it and introduced her heritage and culture to the world instead of just culturally appropriating another country's culture and history . We Egyptian are PROUD of our heritage and ancient civilization . For you people who are talking about the old Cleopatra movie . No who said we were glad about this ??? Actually we were also equally outraged Old Hollywood was less diverse then, but now Hollywood is much more diverse then it ever was ! So it's very easy to make a movie about an actual black person/ historical figure . And no we are not being dramatic or taking it too far . If Elizabeth Olsen played Rosa Parks none of you people will be pleased too , Shame on you Afrocentrism
