A very fun and engaging game!
I had alot of fun going through each area and finding new people to indoctrinate into my cult.
It's kinda a mix of a life sim and dungeon crawler funnily enough.
The life sim part comes from indoctrinating others into your cult, and then having to build your own cult site, look after them/take their requests and hold sermons.
There is also a hunger, faith and sickness mechanic, so you can't leave them alone for too long or else they start to die off or turn against you.
While the dungeon crawler part is where you got to go to different areas, completing room by room, choosing different paths to get different rewards.
I did find a reoccurring glitch though, but it wasn't game breaking, if you do too many things in very quick succession there is a chance that the game could freeze/be stuck for a while. Sometimes just waiting for it will be the fix, others you need to leave and comeback. Annoying but not enough to deter me from playing.
Wish we had more options in terms of doctrines, as I have already finished all 25 of them and don't really have a reason to hold a sermon other than the slightest bit of loyalty you can get when you hold one.
All in all, a cute but dark game that does hold themes of sacrificing cult members, possession and cannibalism. (You can choose to skip these parts though, by not actively partaking in them.)
I've already played over then hours and have been loving every second of it!
