Very informative documentary about the controversial decision taken by a Royal Navy commander in WWII, and the consequences to his career. Sixty years after the events, in 2002, an ITV team moved to the coasts of Tunis to explore the wreckage of HMS "Manchester" and the circumstances of her sinking, scuttled after being torpedoed by Italian motor boats.
