Definitely exceeded my expectations! The acting was phenomenal. The story had lots of improvement from the original book, especially as the characters broke more from the sexist stereotypes they originally had. The directors really knew what they were doing, as the more confusing and mundane aspects were left out. I wish the Crows had played a larger part (they really didn’t contribute to the plot) but hopefully it’s setting them up for that in the next season.
