Revenge of the fallen is awful. I watched in cinemas during the year of its release and it was a movie that managed to sink lower than my already low expectations of it. My biggest gripes included poor characterization, none of the characters were interesting or likable and the autobots and decepticons had no personality. Action sequences that weren't fun or engaging. Too much blurry close up shots that made the action harder to follow than it needed to be. And it discarded very interesting source material in favor of Michael bay ideas that fail to appeal or excite on any level. This film was an abject failure and has been by far the worst movie I've ever seen.
