I am a huge Tim Burton fan so my opinion may be biased. I loved the movie and the ending was spectacular! There are quite a few negative reviews but I suggest you decide for yourself. I recommend the movie for true Dumbo and Tim Burton fans. A note of caution, it is sad and deals with loss, but I found it touching.
