The "experts" on paranormal activity the show interviews are radio hosts. How is a radio host supposed to be a credible source for information on archaeological or paranormal situations? The show doesn't really explain anything and just has talking heads say "Yup, feels evil to me, so it's definitely evil/haunted. We probably don't even want to know the truth because it's too evil." Hard to believe that when it's coming from a random radio host.

The plot, character development, acting, and dialogue all feel like they're nerfed so that a young child (think 6-10) can watch it and understand. This makes the show extremely cringy and difficult to relate with for someone who is used to Marvel putting out shows like Loki and Wandavision. I want to be a Marvel nerd. I want to watch everything Disney puts out to world build in phase 4, but I'm honestly forgetting to watch new episodes. I would have never have lost interest like this with Loki or Wandavision. As of episode 4, I'm consciously choosing to opt out of watching the rest of a Marvel series because it was clearly made for the same demographic as The Amanda Show. Changed the review to 1 star since I can't think of a good reason to give it two. It plays on diversity, but in a way that is so blatant and manufactured that it jumps the shark. No subtlety, no finesse.

This is an addicting show with a creative plot and TERRIBLE acting. The reason that relationships between characters always fall apart is "I was just trying to protect you." And three of the most important relationships in the show all have love triangles between married people and someone else. This show just blatantly recycles the same plots.

Mostly well done, but some major shortcomings that can't be overlooked. They changed the most important story arc of the original, presumably to leave room for a second season. That, and they just couldn't quite get the feel of it right. I guess that must be hard to do since the real Cowboy Bebop was so unique unto itself. Also, where's Ed? Huge letdown.
