I cannot and will not say anything about the dreams these girls have. This is their passion in life and that's totally fine. However, the organization.... The sexism is in your face from minute 1. You have diminished the worth of these women on just their appearance. No authenticity, nothing. There's a scene in the first episode where the decision makers watch the audition video of a redhead girl who is absolutely gorgeous and their comment was 'We have to polish her'. Don't polish her! This is a two-way street and there's a lot of interest from these girls so you'll always have a pool to pick from. But women are more than what you want to present. They're not just a cute face to wink to the camera. Sad, sad people...
