I would be very interested in reading this book but it appears that it is not in print which is unfortunate because 75.00 is a steep price to pay. I may end up paying it because I am still quite interested in reading. I think should some entrepreneur or gentleman with publishing knowledge reprint this book it would be a valuable asset.
