The video looks like someone gave her drugs and it's her first time . I have seen many people act like her on drugs. Especially if she is Bi polar drugs are not good for Bi polar people especially if the person giving her the drugs doesn't know she is . The person who gave her the drugs probably freaked out. Did they check the elevator shaft or Mattresses.
