This movie is the result of a raccoon getting into a dumpster full of bad action movie scripts, rummaging around and eating up all the best parts, then defacating on the shredded up bits of what was left. Then somebody put that paper mache scat ball into production. It's 12 OK movies blended into 1 pretty fantastic CTE contributing event. It's just better than staring directly into the sun!
