This movie is Willem Dafoe trapped in a house for 2 hours. If that does not sound like fun to you, this movie isn't for you. But if you're willing to sit back and engage with the film on it's own terms, there is a very profound emotional experience to this film.

Anyone who tells you this movie is "anti-men" is lying. I went and saw this one with my boys one night and it was a religious experience.

Absolutely fantastic horror film. Jaws meets Signs

underrated. the time inversion stuff makes perfect sense if you try to understand it, but you dont need to. the entire film is experiential, meaning that we travel through time with the main character. on subsequent viewings you can worry about the timeline stuff, and the film has everything you need to understand it. only real flaw is the sound mixing. either watch it in IMAX with a good audio setup or turn on subtitles. its also one of the only Time-Travel movies (yes its still time travel even if they're just taking U-turns) without any plot holes. everything adds up perfectly pretty much.

99% of the reviews here are just fans overhyping the game. the game is bad. it is an objectively bad game at what it was trying to do. subjectively, the art direction is done very well, even if it ruins any sense of horror. the story is just as bad as the previous games, except now its told in an even worse way. the gameplay, the main strength of the series, has been replaced with generic, horribly designed, stealth-run-away game #141045. go play the original trilogy, or any one of the hundreds of fangames.

i waited 7 years for this game and for the only time in my life, not only did something meet my expectations, it left them in the dust. this game is the greatest video game ever made, seriously.

This game is disapointing. I wanted it to be good SOOO bad, but it just lacks content. It should be $20 at most, not upwards of $120!!!
