One of the absolute BEST out of this world movies!!! The acting is superb, script is a fast paced slow burn, excellent cinematography, novel presentation. Disclaimer: not my personal experience, however, this story was told to me over 25 years ago by an older couple whom I trust implicitly. The woman still had a tremor of fear in her voice when retelling the story. This movie, is eerily similar to their encounter, minus the abduction and huge ship. The sounds and balls of light playing in the field for hours, "talking to each other" and right before dawn gathering into a tornado type whirlwind before shooting off into the sky. The woman's fears that the baby would wake and cry or the dog would bark, still palpable after all those years. Watching this movie I could easily replace certain parts with her own story and THAT added to the incredibly haunting awe, fear and beauty of this film. The simplicity and parallels of the movie and their story were uncanny! Watch it!
