Spoiler Warning! So far so good and no episode 3 doesn’t ruin Star Wars, in fact it builds off what was set up during the prequels. The force being used to create life was a concept originally mentioned in Revenge of the Sith during Palpatines story of Darth Plagueis The Wise, and in Episode 3 of The Acolyte the leader of a clan of Witches mentions she did something similar with the help of her partner to save the clan from extinction and thus the twins Osha and Mae come into existence. This fact does in no way undercut or ruin Star Wars and the prophecy of the chosen one. Anakin was created by the Force Itself to bring balance, Osha and Mae were created by desperate witches experimenting and their purpose after the destruction of their clan is currently unknown.
Now with the topic everyone will be arguing about out of the way. Episode 3 starts off slow and once you understand that the child actors are children doing their best you quickly sit back and enjoy what the episode has to offer, which is mainly the backstory of the two twins. It’s nice, it’s simple and I for one minute don’t think Mae killed off all the other witches on her own. I did give you a spoiler warning right?
