Heavily biased with most news focussed on the Eastern Counties of. Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex. Since the BBC, in their not very great wisdom, shut down the Cambridge studios some years ago, the West of the region gets scant coverage of news. Northamptonshire in particular is largely ignored, unless of course a major story breaks. Excellent presenters from the Cambridge base have all but vanished. The excellent Janine Machin appears to be confined to some outdoor interviews, but rarely seen. Clearly a number of the current team in Norwich are looking after their pensions and need to retire. Come on, BBC. Look after the whole of your region, not just the favoured spots along the coast!! At the end of the National news, presenters state ' And now the regional news wherever you live! That's a joke!
