the game is good dont get me wrong but it needs someone other than EA running it you play fine randomly some games hit mass lag the tech support is a waste of time if you have a big issue i suggest google it dot bother with EA support you will wait for ages before you get a reply and even then they ask for more info then take another few days to reply then basically say its you your line or your pc not them XD typical XD
