8 years in production and couldn't fix the bugs. Not worth buying. Some of the most annoying bugs were when several NPCs call you on the phone, or when NPCs start attacking you for no reason in middle of your mission or when NPCs call you while you're doing a mission. There's no excuse for this, they had plenty of time to work on this and I've been waiting since 2012 when I first saw the teaser about this. Its a shame, a really big shame to see how this game turned out.
