She’s always taken risks and I won’t lie…because I have a vast taste in music…I could always go on a ride with her. But country has NEVER been on my radar. And for her to adapt such a rigid genre so effortlessly and take it to new heights 27 years into her career is unheard of. We are witnessing a comeback of a cohesive body of work highlighting vocal ability, vocal production, placement, futurism albeit rooted in history. I have no choice but to thank the CMA for treating her as badly as they did😭
