I have so many feelings about this show. I LOVE how the young ladies grow from episode to episode and share a very healthy straight forward relationships and communication. My favorite character is Sutton because she's hilarious, has the best lines, I love her boldness and how she is always 100% and true to herself. I so wanted to give this 5-Stars so badly but I was really bothered and upset that the ONLY black female lead in the show is a lesbian and the ONLY black male in the show was made to wear a skirt. It is obvious who controls the narrative but it saddens me. Anyways this show is friendship goals, and I really appreciate the hard hitting topics even though I don't agree with all the politics. As an adult woman who has worked in a difficult workplaces and have been through the decision making process of career changes, I Really Really love how good advice and support helps each person conquer their fears, get through their struggles and reach their goals. Love the show..don't LOVE the "board members" who manipulate the optics.
