I wish I read the negative reviews before I started this book - I found it quite painful to read and the fact I’m listening to the audiobook is definitely making it worse. The main character just layers nonsensical drama on nonsensical drama. The dialogue in this book is unbearable. None of the characters have any basic logic never-mind depth or character development. All that being said I did make it through and I wasn’t bored… it’s just a very frustrating and ridiculous read.
