BK Loren is a wonderful teacher, mentor, and author. A graduate of the UofIA Writers Program she us exceptionally qualified and her work is wonderful. In Way of the River she shares her journey in the martial arts and how those instructors and lessons learned aided her in a life that was not without challenges. Thus was published back in the early 2000s but deserves to find more readers. Enjoy the journey and the Way of the River.
