I’m all about a dialogue heavy slow burner, but this is truly one of the most painfully boring shows I’ve ever seen. Ever. I was forced to watch the whole thing because my husband deemed it the only “safe” thing to watch while his parents were visiting (on account that it has zero sex in it), so I know it doesn’t reward your attention at any point and frankly I think even the in laws were bored to tears by it. I’m genuinely baffled as to how someone could take such an interesting premise and execute it in what may literally be the world’s least interesting manner. I mean, I don’t think I could write a script this boring if I tried to. If you can’t get your hands on prescription sleeping pills, this show has got you covered. I’m pretty sure all the actors were heavily sedated during filming as well. (Which sucks because I normally love everyone in this cast)
