Mrs. Moriarty should be ashamed of her poor TV adaptations. And especially blaming Miss Kidman for that. Moriarty's romances are sensible, and this one is good, not as big little lies, but good. But in the hands of Kidman it is definitely ridiculous. What's the problem with Australia? Why it had to pretend to be California (like the other) ? Great stories and characters from the book are lost, no matter the actors (bad choices like Wilson and King). The author's alter egos, Frances and Madeline before, loose their appeal in adaptations, becoming two frustrated women with no sense of humor at all. And the story is lost and lacks sense. I stopped watching in the midle of episode 4 and won't go back. It's terrible. We are tired of seeing Miss Kidman naked, but she seems not. Definitely a waste of time, at least not for the writer.
