This film is perfect. I love philosophy. I love science and mathematics. I love examining existence. I love considering the mind of a God. And I love considering beauty and ethics in life.
This movie combines all the above into a single message and story. The philosophical differences between nihilism and idealism. The concept of a multiverse, and how that impacts the meaning of life. The perspective of a being that is more than just a body and a mind, but truly a soul. And how beauty gives rise to ethics that do give meaning to life beyond simply living and dying.
I highly suggest when you watch this movie, don't try to contain your mind, and figure out the "how" and "what" of everything. Rather simply accept the idea that everything is far larger than your brain can comprehend. Allow your clay pot to break, and accept that you could have infinite lives, in infinite universes. If you do the movie will guide you through the emotional depth of an infinite beings pain, and unto the emotional acceptance that life's meaning is more so chosen than given. And that's beautiful.
