It was unclear whether "IT" started out being inside of whom...or outside..a person???? I know - uncertainty creates doubt and fear...BUT..... And when a crucial character rarely speaks English....it's impossible to follow the story line...if there is one....too long and too vague....needs to be tightened up ....and why did it need to be trapped inside with fresh meat????

I don't know what to say because, no kidding, I've actually lived comfortably within the endless without knowing it - until now. Everyone has to see it for themselves.

As far as a social commentary about single women trying to provide for their families in a male dominated world, I totally get why the mother, Virginia, did what she did, but it was men who did not want her to be shown as succeeding who caused the destruction of her work and made a mockery of her attempts to survive and made the film into a mockery. Any woman who tries to give things a go on her own has a lot to fight against, unlike most men.

To me, this show is very compelling and mysterious. Many of the actors appeared in the first season of The Valhalla Murders (hoping there are more seasons!) and are very fine in their craft. There is much attention to fine detail which I very much appreciate, rather than glib, fast action and violence. This is thought provoking and explores Icelandic culture. It is fresh and INTERESTING! The music is AWESOME ❤
