Ive been reading a lot of mixed reviews but in my personal opinion this was a fun movie that explores an interesting and frankly terrifying possibility with regards to have far AI could go and how there's always the possibility it could escape human control. All in all it was an entertaining watch.

There are my first impressions only as I'm 5 hours into the Beta: Came into the game expecting the sailing and ship upgrading to be like Black Flag and was disappointed. The sailing and ship battle mechanics are far better in BF in my opinion, as there seems to be less speed control in S&B and the targeting system is easier and less realistic than BF too. Not much to do off the ship other than speak to tribes people, but I am hoping that there will be more to do on land as the game progresses. Certainly not the AAAA game we were promised by Ubisoft, not by a long shot.

Heartbroken. Ubisoft have ruined my absolute favourite game series. Why did they try and 'fix' what wasn't broken?! Game feels slow and movement feels heavy. Fighting isn't fun, storyline is dull and repetitive and game world is severely limited. How did they go from a masterpiece like Valhalla to this?! Ti's a sad day for Assassins Creed.

Boring. Story is unimaginative, expect 30 hours of grind before you're anywhere near ready to tackle the first story arc. I would rather have paid £60 and then repeatedly punched myself in the balls for 30 hours. It would have been less painful.

Hugely disappointing, it's quite obvious that the creators have not played the games at all. I've given up at ep7.
