Very little shark action in this film and I had no empathy for any of the characters. It was so disappointing. The only halfway decent shark movies imo since Jaws are The Shallows and The Meg.

This movie is a guilty pleasure for me. I have always loved a good shark movie (Jaws and Jaws 2). While this one may not be as good as the first two, I still loved it! The 3D was lame but it was the 80's and it was a thing at the time. I loved the whole idea of a Sea World theme park being terrorized by a killer shark, and who better to do it than Jaws herself! 😁

I'll give it 2 stars because I thought Brendan Fraser did a great job! He can definitely act! I really wanted to like this movie and kept waiting for it to get good. Sadly, it never did. It was dark and extremely depressing. Only Frasers character was likeable. All the rest of the characters were just awful. I'm glad this movie was free. I would've been really disappointed seeing it in the theater.
