I'm a big fan of Tom Cruise playing Reacher but Alan Ritchson does an amazing job in this Series. I thought the first season was great but season 2, blew me away. I thought the plot was even better than Season 1. The thing that got to me the most was the new characters. They were all so different but resonated together as a team. I started loving them all. Every week I anticipated seeing a new episode. I couldn't get enough. Maria Sten had the perfect dry personality but you could see she cared. Serinda Swan was awesome to see her as Reacher's love interest. The tension between them to be together, was intense but not cheesy lol. Shaun Sipos was funny and a great male companion for Reacher to blend with. The fight scenes were incredible and strategically executed in each scene. I can't say enough about this season except that I was more involved in this series than any others I have seen lately. I hope they bring these characters back somehow. Maybe have them travel overseas and fight some terrorist group that wants to take over the financial security of the world? Please bring them back and have those ladies wear another set of beautiful gowns. They looked hot.

I was disappointed to see how quickly all these characters developed issues. Maybe because it’s only a very short season but it did not give the opportunity to really start liking the characters for who they were and for what they’re going through. I felt there was too much diversity of different personalities like black, lesbian, trans, and death with the removal of characters that was done too quickly to be able to be enamored by this show. There’s really no lovable character and nobody spicy enough to really anchor this show. I feel that everybody has to get over the fact of what has happened in the past and bring Samantha back. She was the one who actually added a lot of spice and humor to the show where the other characters were very laid-back and just plain in their personalities. So I think Michael Patrick King needs to get over it as well as SJP. People in the entertainment business say things all the time and then they’re asked again to come back. Look at Ricky Gervais. The four ladies need to be together it’s what started the original show and made the movies successful and Samantha is a very well loved character that people can relate to in more ways than one. I hope Kim Cottrell will consider coming back if she’s asked and I hope they make that decision for the next season and hopefully get a wonderful third movie together. It’s what we’re all waiting for.
