Sam Thompson

This was like Okja but set in space, and more distressing. I hated it. I cried. The family next to me cried. I wish I could un-watch it. This movie is way way unsuitable for kids. So much animal cruelty. I know it's CGI, but it was still graphic and awful.

Think somewhere between a Saw movie and the scene in Inglorious Basterds when Diane Kruger's character gets strangled, but for 176 minutes. I wish I hadn't seen this the day before International Women's Day. It's really bleak how the female characters are treated onscreen (and how badly they are written). Zoe Kravitz was wasted on this film. Robert Pattinson gave it a good go, that one star is for him.

I give this film 5 stars entirely because Carmen from the L Word is in it
