The only good modern Transformers series. It's a shame it wasn't marketed better towards children, the natural audience for a cars-that-are-also-robots show. All the bitter middle-aged men who have taken over the fandom for this property were mad it wasn't grimdark like the other attempts at a modern version, none of which lasted very long in their own rights. This one is well-written with strongly defined characters, interesting but sensible designs, and engaging plots. If your kids are too old for Rescue Bots and want more Transformers, they'll love this show. You'll probably enjoy watching it with them.
