Having read the book Remarkable Creatures by Tracy Chevalier, I sat down to enjoy a retelling of the story by two very talented actors. What a huge disappointment! The film did not tell me the interesting story of Mary Annings life but concentrated on developing a passionate love story between two women. Don't bother about watching this film, read the book instead, it is much more interesting.
