Strong performances by Penn Badgley, Dylan Arnold. Each plays a character whose emotions change on a dime, and each makes his changes seamlessly. Penn Badgley’s nuanced performance creates a main character that I loved and loathed over and again - I still can’t decide. Travis Van Winkle and Shalita Grant play roles of campy caricatures without going over the top. They steal the show in Season 3 finale. Van Winkle just may be You’s breakout star. 4/5 stars for performances bc the epitome - and the standard - for 5/5 is Joaquin Phoenix in Joker.
