To escape the evil pixies and fire-breathing dragons at Waterloo, Napoleon was rescued just in time by a spacecraft form planet Zarg but the brave Wellington had just one shot left in his raygun and by bouncing the shot off the moon just manged to knock old Nappers out of the sky. My version is no less ridiculous than the film.
