This is the greatest motion picture in human history. The entire trilogy is the top three, but this movie is numerous one. It is perfect as both a comedy and a secret agent film. The action scenes, the chase scenes, the humour, everything is the absolute best it could have been. I can not imagine a better film (until they make a fourth, which I suggest they call Johnny English Reanimated since he likely died in the explosion at the end of Strikes Again). Daniel Kaluuya is perfect at Tucker and it is a shame his career has gone so downhill. He went from the greatest film ever to Black Panther and two Jordan Peele films. How sad. The fact this masterpiece of cinema did not recieve any Oscars is one of the greatest tragedies in human history. If I had to rank the trilogy, I would put this first and probably Strikes again second then the first film third. However, having Strikes Again and 1 tied for second would also work. The wheelchair chase scene is likely the greatest scene in the history of cinema. The only other competitors are the rooftop chase and the bit where he accidentally beats up the queen. The stakes may not be as high as in Strikes Again, but the plot is still the greatest ever concieved. I could go on about this movie for hours, and if I also discussed the other films I would never stop. I hope they never stop making these films. When the world is being destroyed by climate change they should still release a new Johnny English film roughly every ten years. The soundtrack is great. The cinematography is perfect. The acting is incredible. The plot is sublime. The mise en scene is sensational.
Yours sincerely,
Joe
