The game is so well made and the story is incredible. This story changes the entire Horizon Universe. Fans will cry. It’s worth the 70 I paid for it.

I feel like the 10/10 reviews were bought instead of earned. I’ve played over 100 hours and I still can’t understand the story enough to determine motivation for progressing. I’ve played Bloodborne and Demons Souls before and both of those are better FromSoftware titles. The main reason I give this 2 stars is because I keep getting frame rate drops and the screen completely shutters. Makes the game almost unusable at times. It’s worse to die in a fight because of it. The crouch button is in a horrible place for the PS5. The addition of jumping and riding just turned a souls game into a brutal platforming game. Sometimes it just isn’t fun at all. It’s so bloated. Makes the run time extremely long. The open world is largely empty and a lot of elements are reused. If you have seen one catacomb, you have seen them all. You also will fight the same bosses over and over again. I will probably beat it and never return to it again.
