This album is beautiful, melodic, and melancholy but not hopeless. It's glossy like midnights, but the lyrics and emotional, potent, and reminiscent of folklore and evermore. My personal favorites are Down Bad and The Tortured Poets Department. It's a great addition to Taylor's releases. You nailed it, Taylor! <3
