The cast is full of amateurs. Their acting was very poor. The plot is stupid. The special effects were cheaply made. This low-budget movie is strangely made by the Canadians for scenes and story in the US. The only thing good about this movie is it raises a valid point that greed has no bound. In this case, the conspiracy to get the money from US government by a private company for the construction of a "Sea Wall" that's supposed to stop the massive tidal waves, which were artificially created by the company itself. Thousands of lives lost and billions of dollars in property damage as a result of this massive conspiracy. While this is all fictional, the plot highlights the evils of greedy corporations and industries that put profits above all, including human lives. It's like starting a war in the name of peace just as an excuse to sell weapons!
