I just can't understand why it isn't getting better reviews. I'm playing it in the 2nd half of 2023 and I feel that the updates may have fixed some of the teething problems of the original release. It's like the original Dead Space series but more visually beautiful and refined, a bit less spooky, just as much action, similar controls, with a slightly less intriguing storyline. I've given it 5 stars here as doesn't deserve the current score but if I could rate it out of 10 I'd give it 8.5. Absolutely worth playing, especially if you loved the OG Dead Space series. My advice is, ignore the reviews and try it for yourself.
