It was July 8th the summer of 1990. I was sitting in front of my television, barely 13 years old and waiting for the big premier HBO had been advertising for a whole MONTH. From the pilot episode, all the way to the season SIX finale...I followed Martin Tupper through his journey of zany adventures. From 1990-1996 I was a fan. This show is innovative for so many reasons. #1 The intro with the snow and white noise before the tv turns on is a trademark now owned by HBO that was CREATED by one of the guys who worked on the show! The list of guest stars and then unknown names of people who are now established and well known actors is a mile long, the jokes never got stale or tired and you were always rooting for Martin (the protagonist) to come out on top! I own season 1 and am currently searching for the other five.
