I listened to the audiobook on Libby app through my library. I would say this is an easy listen once you get past the first few chapters. I enjoyed learning that mindfulness is something other people pursue in all walks of life. I can say I’m walking away 10% happier after listening to this.
Two things I’m carrying with me about this book:
1 mindfulness can mean whatever it means to me.
2 it’s okay to stumble and find my way though my own practice.
Will come back to this in the future I’m sure.
